About us

The Indian Chapter of the Global Challenges Forum (GCF) Foundation is an initiative aiming at addressing the enduring global challenges of the 21st century. Being a part of a wider global network backed by the United Nations, our chapter is committed to fostering collaboration among think tanks, research institutions, academia, and civil society across India. Our notion is to promote sustainable development and resilience at both local and national level utilizing distinct expertise and resources.

We primarily work towards empowering communities and promotion of innovative solutions to counter the pressing global challenges through:

Collaborative Partnerships: Building networks uniting potential key sectors, including government, private industry, academia, and civil society.

Youth Empowerment: Encouraging and empowering the young leaders, utilizing their potential to drive change and innovation.

Sustainable Development: Ensuring sustainability while advocating towards successful implementation of  United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aligned initiatives.

Knowledge Sharing: Providing a space for seamless dialogue and sharing best practices to enhance understanding on persistent global hurdles and seek solutions.
